We are very pleased to introduce Lewis Wright as our most recent addition to the Hireserve team – and our first apprentice! After completing a BTEC in IT & Computing at the local Queen Mary’s College in Basingstoke, Lewis now joins us as an Apprentice Web Developer.

Hireserve apprentice Lewis WrightLewis will be assisting the development team, working on all areas of Hireserve ATS (formerly known as iCams) for a really well-rounded introduction to the system, and he’s already learning HTML and CSS (he’ll be fluent in no time). In tandem with his role here, he’ll also be attending regular training days to work towards his NVQ in Software & Web Development.

Although he did secure a place at Uni, Lewis chose to pursue an apprenticeship instead as he wanted to gain hands-on experience in a busy, professional environment, as well as learning whilst training. We’re so pleased to have him as part of our team and it’s great to have the chance to develop our own home-grown talent.

Welcome Lewis!
