Hot on the heels of our success at the Workingmums.co.uk Awards, last week we (Karen, Emma and Hannah) donned our glad rags for the Inspire Business Awards. Welcoming hundreds of entries from companies across North Hampshire, the awards celebrate the brightest, most innovative and inspiring businesses in the region.

We were delighted to be one of just three finalists for the Employer of the Year accolade, which recognised those businesses that could prove a genuine dedication to the development and welfare of their workforce.

Unfortunately we didn’t take the top spot this time as Sentinel Housing Association was crowned Employer of the Year, but we were thrilled to be shortlisted and very proud to represent Hireserve on the night.

From small start-ups to companies over 40 years old and with hundreds of staff, what really stood out at the Inspire Business Awards was the strength, vibrancy and diversity of Hampshire’s local businesses.

Here’s to 2015!
