With over 6,000 members, the FIRM Network (otherwise known as the Forum for In-house Recruitment Managers), is a collaborative community of in-house recruiters.

This year, we are delighted to be presenting at their FIRM Winter Conference on Thursday 22nd October in London.

Ever been curious about the success of other organisations’ employee referral schemes?  Or what about the similarities between consumer brands and employer brands? The answers to these – and, of course, much more – will be delivered by a diverse mix of speakers at the bi-annual in-house recruitment conference.

Karen will be presenting on the day, alongside Dr Susan Matos who heads up the Knowledge Transfer Centre at the University of Reading. Karen and Susan are leading a session exploring how business-academic collaboration can transform opportunities for graduates and SMEs.

From celebrating a huge academic talent pool to touching on the skills shortage crisis, Karen and Susan will share how building a relationship can help in-house recruiters to develop their graduate talent attraction strategy.
