Are you passionate about HR & Recruitment technology, helping organisations transform their processes, and keen to make a difference in a growing and ambitious SME?

You might just be our next Implementation Consultant.

We’re looking for someone to join our Services team to help us support more new customers and deliver exceptionally well-managed and high-quality implementation projects.

We won’t go into the full job description here (Job spec is no longer live, please head to our Join the Team page for more info) but we did think potential applicants might want to know a little more about life at Hireserve…

For starters, we all really like each other.

That might not sound like much, but when you’re working in a small team it really matters how you all work and communicate together.

The simple fact is that everyone at Hireserve is really nice. We’re all completely different, and we don’t agree on everything all the time, but we have a lot of respect for one another. We trust each other, and we care for each other.

“It is refreshing to work in a company where everyone cares for each other and cares about the work they do”

Life in the office looks like this:

We all work hard, but generally our office environment is calm, friendly and welcoming. Many of our team work flexibly or combine home and office working.

Mabel, our Director of Staff Morale, comes in to visit every now again (we’re not sure she does that much work, to be honest), and you can always rely on someone bringing in cake following a birthday, holiday or just a spot of home baking.

As an SME we have a relatively flat company structure, which means you could be working alongside our apprentice or MD on any one project. There’s lots of room to try new things and develop ideas in a small business, and we’re ideally looking for someone who is ready to jump right in and make a splash.

(Talking of making a splash… here’s the lowdown on our last company social)

“There’s a great sense of team spirit and fantastic work ethic…”

Our Services team are a great bunch.

I’ll let some of them tell you a bit more about their roles themselves!

“Hireserve really cares about its people.”

Our business is built on values of respect and quality.

Our Founders, Jeremy and Karen Ovenden, established Hireserve back in 1997, when Jeremy realised there was a gap in the market for an online ‘candidate management system’.

Since then, Jeremy and Karen have grown Hireserve to a team of 20 in the UK, with a customer base that reaches across the world.

The values Jeremy and Karen held dear when they first started the business are now indelibly woven into our company ethos and approach. We respect one another. We respect the importance of each other’s personal lives by fostering a culture of flexibility, openness and trust. And we respect our customers.

All the while, we are consistently honing the quality of our product, Hireserve ATS (the Applicant Tracking System you might be implementing one day soon!) and our customer experience.

There’s a lot more we could tell you…

..but why not find out for yourself?
