We were delighted to be shortlisted in the National Technology Awards 2017 under the Cloud Product of the Year category.

We didn’t take the top spot this time around, but we’d like to say a big congratulations to IDBS, who were crowned winner for their cloud-based R&D platform.

The Cloud Product of the Year category recognises the incredible achievements in cloud technology in the last twelve months, and highlights the agility and scope of these products and services. Our partners Unit4 have emphasised the benefits of cloud technology in their recent guest blog, from speed and ability to cut costs, to the capacity to keep pace with updates and advances.

For us, being a finalist is a testament to our innovative and agile Applicant Tracking System – Hireserve ATS – as well as to the fantastic team behind the software. Due to its flexibility, Hireserve ATS has been used to fulfil a range of alternative functions beyond traditional applicant tracking: as an employability management system, online volunteering platform and as a recruitment system for SMEs.

Awards like these highlight the breadth of the UK technology scene, from family-run businesses to global enterprises. It’s amazing to see such a broad range of organisations forging ahead with tech innovations to help improve the lives of customers and provide excellence in the industry.

So we’d like to say congratulations to all of our fellow finalists, and of course the winners of this year’s National Technology Awards. We’re looking forward to next year’s!
