Recruitment software training
Whether you just need an hour to refresh your memory or half a day to go over some new functionality, we can arrange a training session with you via web conferencing.
And if you’d rather meet face-to-face, we will deliver half or full-day training sessions.
Usually we travel to our customers’ offices, but if you’d rather visit us we’d be glad to welcome you in – and we’ll treat you to some Hireserve hospitality.
Recruitment software Support Clinics
We’re always working to come up with new ways to support our customers.
Launched in November 2014, the Hireserve Support Clinics are informal, free support and training sessions at our office in Basingstoke. Customers can come along with questions and queries and spend a morning or afternoon with a member of the Hireserve team.
Free to attend and held regularly throughout the year, we welcome old and new customers to make the most of one-to-one support from Hireserve.

The support desk
Available throughout working hours, each issue is recorded in our support database, given a reference number and a priority listing.
We’ll try to solve it as soon as we possibly can, and will keep in close contact with you to let you know when it has been fixed or is expected to be resolved.
There’s also our live chat feature within Hireserve ATS, where you’ll immediately be connected to one of the team.
