Often people approach the implementation of their ATS with trepidation and are not sure how best to configure it. This can lead to an over-reliance on their supplier, which in turn can mean that the customer doesn’t get exactly what they need from the system.

So what’s the solution? We gave Chatter our advice on what approach a new customer should expect from their ATS supplier and some top tips for how they can get involved in the configuration.
