From the moment you begin your tailored implementation process with us, to ongoing ATS customer support via our support desk, LiveChat and regular events, our recruitment software specialists will be here to help.

 

Hireserve delivers recruitment software with a human touch, so we’re always finding opportunities to meet our customers face-to-face. You’ll be invited to free Support Clinics, our annual Hireserve User Group conference and Account Review meetings throughout our relationship.

The Hireserve support desk is manned by people who use and work with Hireserve ATS every day.

Training

Whether you just need an hour to refresh your memory or half a day to get acquainted with some new functionality, we can arrange a training session to suit your needs. 

We’re on hand to help via web conference or, if you’d rather meet face-to-face, we will deliver half or full-day training sessions.

We can come to your office to really embed ourselves in your working culture, processes and team – or you are very welcome at Hireserve HQ. A good cup of tea and biscuit comes as standard.

 

Support Clinics and Webinars

Throughout the year we run regular Support Clinics. These are free one-to-one sessions, where our users can benefit from tailored support and advice from our team.

We hold regular webinars for our customers to help them get the best out of Hireserve ATS features and functionality.  From Job Specific Questions to Assessment Criteria, we explore a different tool within Hireserve ATS in an in-depth live demo and Q&A session.

Delivered by our Tech Services team, each webinar is packed with expert insights into every area of the system.

 

 

 

Hireserve User Group

The Hireserve User Group is our annual, free conference for customers.

Packed with inspiring and insightful presentations and offering a great opportunity for our customers to network with a range of organisations and sectors, it’s a day of gaining inspiration, sharing best practice and developing new ideas.
