Employee Volunteering Guides now available!
We’re delighted to share two new resources for in-house recruitment, HR and Volunteer Management teams: The Hireserve Guides to Employee Volunteering.
Who are the guides for?
There are two for you to choose from. We have created one guide for voluntary organisations who want to form a partnership with local businesses and want to attract, engage and retain employee volunteers.
The other has been written for businesses who want to embed a sustainable EVS (Employee Volunteering Scheme), support their staff to volunteer and enhance their CSR.
In both guides, you’ll learn:
- How to overcome your barriers to employee volunteering
- What issues your business or voluntary partner might face – and how you can support them
- How to secure internal buy-in for an EVS
- And more!
The guides are packed with practical advice, hands on guidance and tips that you can put into practice in your organisation.
We’ve created both guides in partnership with Bournemouth and Poole CVS, a charity which provides advice and guidance to voluntary organisations.
