There’s an exciting few days in store for some of the Hireserve team as we head off to the CIPD Festival of Work conference!

We thoroughly enjoy getting out from behind our desks to meet in-house recruitment & HR professionals looking for new solutions to enhance their processes. We’re in our element talking about recruitment technology and Hireserve ATS – and the CIPD Festival of Work promises plenty of those conversations.

“The CIPD Festival of Work brings together two unmissable CIPD events, the Learning and Development and HR Software and Recruitment shows – and adds in a brand-new dimension, The Future of Work. The result is a pivotal event that will power your working future.”

Sounds good, eh!

So, what have we got up our sleeves for delegates at the show?

This year, we’ve eschewed giveaways and goodies (we know, we know – everyone loves a branded stress ball or pen!) and instead we’re running an exciting prize draw. Entrants will have the chance to win a personalised, utterly bespoke recruitment process review workshop, held at Hireserve HQ. This session will look at your pain-points and key objectives and explore how you can enhance your internal processes.

Having a fresh pair of expert eyes to talk through your challenges can make a world of difference and help you understand how to improve your results. Whether you leave with a list of ‘quick wins’ you can implement simply and easily at your desk, ways to better enhance internal roles and processes, or a longer term strategy, this is an invaluable opportunity to step back and re-evaluate your recruitment.

To enter, simply visit us at Stand B72 and complete a short form. (It should go without saying that all your data will be protected and processed in line with our privacy notice.)

Will we see you there?

If you haven’t registered for tickets yet, it’s not too late. You can get your tickets here on the CIPD Event website.

We’ll be at Stand B72 on both days; you’ll recognise us from our colourful Hireserve t-shirts! Look out for Hannah, Karen, Rob and Jeremy.

Hopefully we’ll see you there.
