It’s always nice to share good news. Today we can announce that Hireserve has been shortlisted in the Service Excellence category at the INSPIRE Awards!

The INSPIRE Business Awards celebrate success in businesses across North Hampshire.  ‘Service Excellence’ recognises organisations who deliver outstanding care and quality service to their customers.

Needless to say, we are delighted that our work has been recognised by the INSPIRE Business Awards. Our clients mean everything to us, and we are so proud to work with a range of inspiring organisations – from leading universities to global engineering firms.

We asked Karen Ovenden, Joint MD at Hireserve, for her thoughts:

So what does Service Excellence look like at Hireserve?

From day-to-day support to our annual Account Review meetings, we continually engage with our customers. Clients receive regular email newsletters. We host webinars to help our customers learn more about a feature or function in the ATS. We provide a whole range of resources, from User Guides to Release Notes, in our online Hireserve Hub.

This year, as we know, everything has gone virtual! We now hold our Support Clinics, which offer dedicated one-to-one help and advice, online. Meanwhile, we delivered our annual Hireserve User Group via a library of video sessions for 2020.

We asked Karen what Service Excellence means to her:

“Service Excellence means never standing still. It means providing more than your customer thinks they need, and constantly evaluating what you can do to support them. At Hireserve, we are always reviewing and adapting our offering to meet our customers’ needs.”

 

The 2020 INSPIRE Business Awards ceremony will be held on Thursday 3rd December and will be screened live across YouTube and Facebook.
