Last night we attended the annual Inspire Awards, where we were finalists in the Service Excellence category. Today we have an office full of very happy team members, as we won!

The Inspire Awards celebrate the most innovative, exciting and successful businesses in the Hampshire and Thames Valley area.

Along with hundreds of other attendees, we watched, clapped and cheered as local businesses were recognised in categories from ‘Business in the Community’ to ‘Manufacturer of the Year’.

The Service Excellence category was looking for an organisation which continually exceeded customer expectations and could demonstrate a clear correlation between service and business success. The submission process included a written application and a visit from the judges, so to be selected as finalists felt like a huge achievement in itself!

The judging panel commented on our submission: “This year’s winner put service excellence at the forefront of its business proposition and is an outstanding example of how key it is to commercial success.”

Customer care and service has always been a priority for Hireserve, and is one of the things which we think really sets us apart from many others in our industry.

For us, service excellence comes in two forms. There’s the continued day-to-day support and communication which is consistently delivered by our proactive, cheerful and helpful team, and then the ‘extra mile’ initiatives, from our free support clinics to our annual Hireserve User Group.

So, today you find us very happy, a little tired (for those of us who attended the ceremony, it was a bit of a late night), and exceptionally proud.

To sum up, these were the thoughts of Karen and Jeremy, our Founders and Directors, following our award win:
