Hireserve’s users group together
Hireserve has recently attended the fourth annual iCams User Group Meeting, which was hosted by Oracle at its Visitor Centre in Reading, UK.
The User Group is an independent voice, operated and managed by our customers and we were delighted that so many of our partners and customers were able to attend offering them an opportunity to discuss their recruitment technology system requirements, their use of Hireserve ATS (formerly known as iCams) as well as networking with one another.
The packed agenda included presentations from customers and partners, focussing on their recruitment process, new technologies or particular Hireserve ATS (iCams) projects. iCams Hotspots showcased new developments including the iCams Email Synchronisation, iCams Report Builder, iCams Mobile and WCC Elise Search & Select Integration. The day ended with a group discussion about User Group development requests for 2012 as Hireserve donates several development days to the Group each year.
