Undecided on attending In-house Recruitment LIVE! this year?

We’ve put together a summary of the great items on this year’s agenda you’ll be missing from the biggest in-house recruitment event of the year.

The In-house Recruitment LIVE! team never fail to pack their agenda with diverse, influential and inspiring thought leaders from the recruitment industry and other walks of life, from professional sportsmen and women to authors and business moguls.

2018 will be no exception as In-house Recruitment LIVE! welcomes Naomi Riche MBE (2012 Paralympic champion rower and Guinness World Record holder) to talk ‘From boat to the boardroom’. Ex-England rugby player Nigel Redman will be telling us how to create an environment to thrive in. And former rugby star Ed Jackson will be sharing his motivational story and how to overcome challenges in the face of adversity in his speech ‘Millimetres to Mountains’. We’re excited to learn how the lessons learned by these top athletes can be applied to our own day-to-day roles.

Candidate Engagement

Kevin Green from the Good Recruitment Campaign will talk on his formula to attract and retain talent in times of change. I first heard Kevin’s speech at the In-house Recruitment Leaders Conference in July and can guarantee you’ll be thoroughly captivated by his brilliantly enthused and charismatic manner. The key topics Kevin covers are technology, millennials and of course… Brexit.

Talent Pipeline

Billy McDiarmid from our friends at Candidate ID will be discussing ‘Intelligent Demand Generation’ and how we can build a future-proof talent pipeline. Billy will be joined by Laura Farrell from McCurrach in what looks set to be a very popular speech. Expect keywords such as candidate journey, talent acquisition, quality candidates, GDPR and ATS in this one. Sound like something you’d like to know more about?

Employee Advocacy

Mark Rhodes from Reed.co.uk will also be joining the extensive list of industry professionals speaking at In-house Recruitment LIVE!. He’ll be exploring how employee advocacy can shape your talent strategy and how businesses can implement and encourage their own social ambassadors. A great talk for anyone interested in utilising social media platforms and how to encourage employee participation.

Employer Brand

The well renowned ‘Google Dave’ will also be there, this time talking on how to build a world class employer brand in 100 days. Dave Hazlehurst is a highly experienced digital strategist, author and keynote speaker who will unleash a wealth of insight and knowledge on you should you attend his talk, all in his energised and animated way.

We’ve barely scratched the surface of the industry speakers roster at In-house Recruitment LIVE! To see a wider overview of the day’s agenda click here.
