Karen Ovenden apppointed Joint Managing Director
We are delighted to announce that Karen Ovenden has been officially appointed as Joint Managing Director at Hireserve.
Hireserve was established in 1997 by co-founders Jeremy and Karen Ovenden. It was ten years later, with a strong range of clients and a growing reputation, that Karen and Jeremy hired their first members of staff and moved into office premises.
Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength, developing valuable partnerships, expanding into new territories and producing impressive results year-on-year. Fundamental to this success has been Karen. Initially stepping in to support Jeremy with some of the operational aspects, her role has expanded inordinately over the last few years. Previously Operations Director, Karen oversees all elements of the day-to-day running of the business and sets the strategic direction and longer-term objectives. Her role encompasses everything from HR, Finance and Marketing, to partnerships and business development.

Hireserve started life as an idea at the kitchen table. Fast-forward 22 years and it is now a thriving Applicant Tracking Software provider, working with a diverse range of clients across the globe.
