The sumptuous setting of Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, owned by the Wellcome Trust, was the setting for the recent Hireserve User Group meeting.

The Sanger Institute , who has been working with Hireserve and using Hireserve ATS (formerly known as iCams) to manage its recruitment since 2008,  hosted the meeting which gave iCams users an opportunity to talk about their use of the e-recruitment solution to manage their recruitment requirements online as well as discuss future developments.

Jeremy Ovenden, Hireserve’s Managing Director said, “I always enjoy the opportunity to meet with our customers and talk about how they are using Hireserve ATS (iCams) to manage their often unique needs.  It is a great way for us to engage with the HR and IT professionals we work with to ensure we continue to focus on translating their need into simple to use recruitment management software.    Hireserve works hard to ensure a consistent and excellent level of customer care and I think these User Group meetings are enormously beneficial to all concerned.”

Hireserve showcased  its new and improved user interface, Live Support feature, Mobile Applications as well as its plans for extensive Outlook and Exchange server  integration.    Jeremy added, “It is a busy time for us at Hireserve as we continue to develop  additional functionality to meet customer requirements – changing recruitment trends and strategies and having a proactive user group ensures we continue to work in partnership with our customers.”
