Finance Assistant 

As Finance Assistant, Olivia’s day-to-day role at Hireserve involves assisting the Head of Finance in operations, including purchase orders, invoice queries, expenses, financial audits and reports.

Being organised and methodical is the secret to Olivia’s success at Hireserve. Time management is also a great skill of hers due to her commitments with her daughter’s ice skating, travelling around the country with her for competitions and trials.

So it may not surprise you to hear that when Olivia’s not in the office, you’re most likely to find her at an ice rink. She also loves baking and running and makes time to for them in her busy schedule whenever possible.
