Here at Hireserve we are delighted to announce the arrival of our brand new Hireserve ATS (formerly known as iCams) Facebook App!

This nifty application is an extension of Hireserve ATS and the perfect addition to your company Facebook Fanpage, giving you the opportunity to reach and recruit candidates on a social media platform.

Candidates can view and search vacancies online, apply using pre-existing social media profiles and still Like or Share jobs with their own social network.

One of the best things about the Hireserve ATS (iCams) Facebook App is that live vacancies are displayed exactly as they are in your Hireserve ATS candidate portal and are updated automatically in real time. Information found on the App is therefore always relevant and reliable. Candidates can browse and search the vacancies as they would on Hireserve ATS so the App is good for both recruiters and candidates!

Candidates can access the application through your company Facebook Fanpage in exactly the same way as  viewing ‘Photos’ or ‘Events’ . Applications (with consent) can be made using candidate’s Facebook or LinkedIn profiles; the data from these profiles is converted by Hireserve ATS (iCams) into a PDF ‘CV’ and stored in iCams alongside the applicant’s record. Alternatively, recruiters can provide a traditional application form for candidates to complete. It all depends which works best for you.
