More awards excitement from the Hireserve team, as we’ve been shortlisted for the Service Excellence category at the 2015 Inspire Awards!

The Inspire Awards celebrate the best in businesses across North Hampshire, and the Service Excellence award highlights organisations which exceed their customers’ expectations with exceptional service day in, day out.

Needless to say, we are delighted that our service and customer support has been recognised by the awards and are eagerly awaiting the ceremony in November where the 2015 winners will be announced!

Our approach to customer service is based on this vision:

To continue creating new initiatives to deliver service excellence that exceeds our customers’ expectations.

To us, basic customer service should be embedded within our day-to-day working life. By basic, we mean the essentials of solid service that will leave customers feeling valued: a friendly voice at the end of the phone, a prompt acknowledgement to a question, a real person talking to you over live chat.

But we have always wanted to go further than this when delivering customer support. We’re restless in our pursuit of new and exciting ideas that will bring value – and service excellence – to our customers.

We got to thinking – how about offering our customers free, informal recruitment software training sessions at our offices? Customers could pop in for a few hours, meet Hireserve team members and fellow customers, and receive tailored support and advice. Our Hireserve Support Clinics were born, and we’re about to have our first sector-specific clinic (for Higher Education customers) next week.

What about those customers who can’t spare the time or are too far away to join a Support Clinic? Or those who might be interested in finding out about a certain new feature? That’s where our recruitment software webinars come in – about 30 minutes long and free for all customers to participate in.

For us, Service Excellence is defined by going above and beyond customer expectations. The Hireserve User Group is another example. A fairly unique initiative in the recruitment software industry, the User Group brings customers together to learn about new Hireserve ATS features, hear from industry speakers, network with other customers and share their ideas for future developments and enhancements to our recruitment software.

Lots of businesses provide good service, and many also provide excellent service. We truly hope that our endless drive to deliver new levels of service excellence makes a positive difference to our customers and their use of Hireserve ATS.

And, of course, we do hope it might help us be crowned ‘Service Excellence’ winner at the Inspire Awards 2015. But for that, we will have to wait and see… 🙂
