UNIT4 and Hireserve partner to deliver SaaS-based eRecruitment

Unit4, the global leader in software that supports business change, and online recruitment specialist Hireserve, today announced that they have entered into a formal strategic partnership in the UK. The alliance will see Hireserve ATS online recruitment software resold by Unit4 and labelled ‘Unit4 Recruitment, powered by Hireserve ATS (iCams)’.

The partnership supports Unit4’s strategy to provide its clients with best-of-class technologies, like Hireserve ATS (iCams), to complement its core Business World On! (formerly Agresso ERP) solutions. Unit4 Recruitment, powered by Hireserve ATS, will give Unit4’s customers access to a one-stop software-as-a-service (SaaS) recruitment solution that manages and streamlines the entire recruitment process – from initial vacancy posting through to screening, selection and hiring. Additionally Unit4 Recruitment integrates seamlessly into Unit4 HR Management Solutions so that clients can extend business processes to reduce administration and improve visibility of human capital management.
