It’s that time of year again! And what a year it’s been. In this post we’re looking back at 2020 and all we have achieved – despite the strange circumstances we found ourselves in.



1 online User Group

We ran an online User Group in May – bringing together customers and Hireserve staff to look to the year ahead, discuss best practice and share some informative guidance.


2 Joint Managing Directors

Karen and Jeremy, Hireserve’s Founders and Joint MDs, have ensured that even while working from home, we are connected and working to deliver the best experience for our customers.

3 customer webinars

We covered a variety of topics this year, including the new Hiring Manager Portal, taking interviews online, our new Shortlisting screens and the renovated Help system. Find out more about how we support our customers.

4 Hireserve ATS portals

Alongside the Candidate Portal, Recruiter Portal and Agency Portal, we have added our new Hiring Manager Portal (HMP) to suit the needs of Hiring Manager users. Perfect for the occasional user to dip into unsupported.

5 Support Clinics run

After the lockdown we started running our Support Clinics virtually. One attendee said their session was “Super efficient and helpful!”. 

6 new User Guides

All Hireserve ATS users have access to our user guides – taking them through each area of functionality in detail to ensure they can use every component of the system and support their own continual learning. This year saw six new additions to our library of guides – which customers can find on the Hireserve Hub.

7 customer newsletters sent

We send customer newsletters throughout the year, along with event invitations and system notifications. Communication is important to us and we like to ensure our customers are brought into any updates to our coming plans!

9 months of working from home

10 virtual cups of tea

During the lockdown, we held regular all-team catch ups to say hello, stay connected and enjoy a cuppa together. We even held our usual Christmas lunch virtually!

12 months of enhancements in the ATS
