Working with public sector organisations

Hireserve continues to work with a wide range of public sector bodies and local authorities, including Lincolnshire County Council, Shropshire Council and Southampton City Council.

One exciting project has been supporting Lincolnshire County Council to transition from an HR-led recruitment process to a self-service model for Hiring Managers.

The end-to-end recruitment process is now paperless, time-to-hire has been reduced by 18 days on average, candidate and manager satisfaction has reached record highs and the Council has saved £25,000 in reduced administration.
