The Digital Marketplace remains a leading platform for organisations across the public sector to search out, evaluate and purchase technology with confidence”

Working with public sector organisations
Hireserve continues to work with a wide range of public sector bodies and local authorities, including Merton Council, Lincolnshire County Council and Southampton City Council.
Over the years, we have developed a strong understanding of the unique pressures and hiring challenges public sector organisations face, from budget restrictions to sourcing niche talent.
One leading project for Hireserve in 2020 has been the implementation of our ATS with Merton Council, who has been one of the pioneering users of the new Hiring Manager Portal (HMP).
Using Hireserve ATS, managers now have a purpose-built portal, designed with both frequent and occasional users in mind, at their disposal which has offered many benefits to the council. The recruitment process is now smoother than ever, with Hiring Managers being empowered to use the simplified mobile and tablet optimised system at their convenience without the need of a refresh when significant time has elapsed between uses.
