The Inspire Business Awards celebrate the successes of local businesses in north Hampshire in a variety of categories – from Apprentice of the Year to International Business of the Year.

We’ve been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year award, an accolade that highlights the dedication of a business to their employees by demonstrating excellence in leadership, a commitment to creating a motivated workforce, and by treating all employees fairly and equally.

As the company has grown from just a husband and wife, to a diverse, 20-strong team, we’ve been committed to maintaining our supportive and caring company culture.

From apprentice recruits to our longest-serving employees, and from our newlyweds to our part-time working parents, the whole team at Hireserve benefits from this approach, which is supported by the range of benefits and flexible working policies available.

We’re delighted that our shortlisting for the Employer of the Year award recognises our dedication to creating a great place to work, and that even as the company continues to grow, we’re successfully maintaining the positive company culture that we set out to create.

We would like to congratulate everyone shortlisted for the Inspire Business Awards, including our fellow Employer of the Year finalists Reassured and SB Joinery (UK).

For now, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed until the winners are announced in November!
