We’re delighted to introduce a new face to the Hireserve Services team: Caleb Chatfield.

After relocating from South Yorkshire to Hampshire, Caleb has joined us as our new Solutions Consultant and we’re thrilled to have him on board.

Caleb has worked in various IT and Support roles, liaising between Development teams, Support teams and clients themselves – vital experience that will stand him in great stead during his work here.

Day-to-day, Caleb’s role at Hireserve covers a wide area – coordinating priorities between teams, particularly Services and Development, and generally managing client projects. Caleb will also be trained towards an implementation role within Hireserve, in which he’ll be focused on getting new customers started with Hireserve ATS, and helping our technical teams configure the system to ensure each customer has a tailor-made solution.

As part of the Services team, Caleb works with Archana, Chun and Rob to help us continue to deliver our award-winning customer service.

“I have joined the team at Hireserve with confidence that we share a belief in exceptional product delivery and it hinging not just on a quality product but the ingenuity and care of the people behind it. I relish the opportunity  to work closely with the greater Hireserve team and our clients, to help in providing the best possible service.” – Caleb

We’d like to give a very warm welcome to Caleb, who in the short time he’s been with us has already become a valuable member of the team!
