New feature: Introducing Hirechecks

Hireserve launches new pre-employment checks module

Leading recruitment software provider Hireserve is proud to introduce ‘Hirechecks’: a new module designed to make pre-employment tasks and checks simpler, safer and faster for employers.

From reviewing reference requests to recording Right to Work documentation, all pre-employment checks and onboarding tasks can be automatically triggered, tracked and actioned in the Hirechecks module. Hirechecks is delivered as part of Hireserve ATS, a powerful Applicant Tracking System designed for in-house recruitment teams.

Perhaps most exciting is the Hirechecks ‘photo upload’ tool, designed to make document collection more efficient and secure. Users can access their smartphone camera from within Hireserve ATS, and photograph the required documentation, such as a passport or work permit. The image is then securely stored against the candidate in the system. No images are saved on a user’s phone.

Flexible and simple to use, Hirechecks can be used to manage pre-employment checks and onboarding activity across all industries and sectors. It can also support employers to manage both online and in-person Right to Work checks.
