It’s that time again. Time for the in-house recruitment community to gather together once more to share best practice, new ideas, challenges and tech. And we couldn’t be more excited to be part of it again!

Yes, next week marks the return of IHR Live in Birmingham. This all-day expo is packed to the rafters with fantastic guest speakers, leading industry suppliers (just like us) and, of course, some pretty decent branded merch.

Freebies aside, our team here are really looking forward to meeting lots of you again in person. We know there’s a thriving in-house recruitment and talent acquisition community in the Midlands, and we can’t wait to join your world for the day.

From chatting about your recruitment journeys to finding ways to help solve your challenges, we’ll be on Stand 5 ready for a conversation all day.

What will we be doing on the day?

We love getting out there and talking to our community of talent acquisition and in-house recruitment professionals. From onboarding and pre-employment checks to engaging your Hiring Managers, we’re endlessly interested in the entire recruitment journey – and love talking to like-minded souls.

On that note, we’re also going to be handing out hard-copies of our landmark research, Candidate Behaviour: The Big Report. Spanning the end-to-end hiring process, the report provides insights into your candidates’ actions and feelings when they apply for a new role.
