After reaching the finals of the Inspire Business Awards in the category of service excellence, we did not get to take home the trophy this year.

Instead, the award went to the very deserving Right at Home, who offer personal care to the disabled and elderly. Throughout a year when the nation has been struggling to get to grips with a deadly pandemic, they have continued to maintain incredibly high levels of service and care. They’re a very worthy winner in our eyes.

We are exceptionally pleased to have been one of three finalists and Service Excellence was the most hotly contested category at the awards. For us, service excellence is something that sets our business apart in a highly competitive landscape. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and that Hireserve staff deliver it to such an exceptional standard. It underpins everything we do as a business.

2020 has seen us roll out fresh and improved customer initiatives – a new help centre packed full of advice and troubleshooting to get the most from the system. The Hireserve Hub remains highly popular with customers as a source of system information, along with release notes, pre-recorded webinars, and other resources.

We have also had success with our new digital support clinics – enabling us to reach much further afield than our previous face to face offerings and involve even our international customers! Satisfaction remains at a high with all attendees confirming they would recommend attending to a colleague and 100% rating the service either ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.

The new Hiring Manager Portal has been a focus for the business, shaped by the feedback from our customers. Delivering this has demonstrated Hireserve’s commitment to listening to customers and being informed on the direction of the product by those that use it every day. We can’t thank our customers enough for their willingness to engage with us on such projects. We are hoping to mirror this success with more functionality, yet to be announced, rolled out throughout 2021.
