The Check-in Call is an informal catch up to help us understand how you’re getting on with Hireserve ATS and whether you need any further support or training, and is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
When will our call take place?
We’ll arrange a Check-in Call with you every few months, and they should last no more than an hour.
Will I still have an annual Account Review?
Yes. The Check-in Call will work alongside your annual Account Review meeting to provide us with a clear picture of how to support your team as best we can.

Please note, we will not be able to resolve system support queries during this call. If you require assistance with technical aspects of the system, please access our customer resources via the Hireserve Hub or submit a Customer Care Request through the ATS.
