You may have noticed some changes to the look and structure of the Hireserve Hub.
We’ve redesigned the Hireserve Hub with the aim of making our customer resources easier to access, and to give you a better idea of what’s recently been added.
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
Don’t worry – all of your resources are still here, but they may have been moved around slightly.
Please refer to our list below if you’re having trouble finding what you’re looking for:
The User Guides and Release Notes are now being stored separately.
- Release Notes can now be found under the ‘Product’ section of the Hireserve Hub.
- User Guides can be found under the ‘How to’ section of the Hireserve Hub.
We believe this more accurately reflects the purposes of these two different document styles, and will help you find what you’re looking for more quickly.
Our ‘How to’ page has now been re-labelled as ‘Webinars‘, and can be found under the new ‘How to’ menu item on the Hub homepage.
We feel this name more clearly reflects what can be found on the page, to help you easily find what they’re looking for.
‘System updates’ and ‘system maintenance’ are still shared on the same page, but this page has moved to under the ‘Product’ menu item on the Hireserve Hub.
We hope this is a clearer journey for those looking for System updates on Hireserve ATS.
We have created a new section of the Hub called ‘Your recruitment’.
We’ve placed ‘Data Protection resources‘ under this menu item, and are excited to add more information about the wider recruitment industry to this section in due course.
